High School Age Volunteers

High School Volunteer Opportunities

High school age volunteers may volunteer at the pantry warehouse during these times*:

• Age 14-15:
  Monday Teen Time: 2-4pm
• Age 16-17:
  Warehouse Sorting: Monday – Thursday 9am-12pm, Friday 9am-12pm, Saturday 9am-12pm
  Parking (helping clients unload groceries into carts): Tuesday-Wednesday 9am-11:30am, 1pm-3:30pm;
  Thursday 9am-11:30am, 1pm-3:30pm, 5pm-7:30; Saturday 7am-10am, 10am-12:30pm

* You do not need to attend an orientation, but you must pre-register to volunteer. Teen and parent must come into the pantry during office hours and sign off on our waiver to be eligible for the program.

Volunteer Footwear Policy:

Please note that the Pantry is a warehouse. For your safety, all volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes. You will not be allowed to volunteer wearing flip flops and/or open-toe sandals. Thank you.
