School Nutrition

It is a goal of Loaves & Fishes to improve the health and well-being of the community by providing nutritious foods for our school-age children in low-income households.

Households with school-age children from 5 to 18 years old are provided with supplemental food items including nutritious snacks, breakfast cereals and after-school meals.

Loaves & Fishes places a special focus on the summer break, when low-income families can’t take advantage of school lunch programs. Household information is requested during registration for the community pantry services.
