What if I can't come in to pick up food?

Any person listed as a member of your household can come to the pantry to pick up food distributions as long as they have the required documents. If no one from your household is available to pick up food, you can designate an individual to act on your behalf. This individual must have a completed proxy form and client identification in order to pick up household food. Proxy form ENGLISH | SPANISH

We will conduct a phone interview initially with clients that will take approximately 30 minutes.

What kind of questions will be asked during the application process for emergency assistance?

Why do I have to bring in documents to receive emergency assistance?

Documentation is a requirement of most emergency assistance programs, grant funders, and is needed to properly discern a request for assistance.

How long does the entire process take?

Assuming that the client has provided all of the paperwork, the whole process should take between 7 and 14 days.
