New Appointment to the Board of Directors

Loaves & Fishes Community Services is very pleased to announce the appointment of Nicki Anderson, Director of Woman’s Leadership Program at Benedictine University, to their Board of Directors.

As a volunteer of Loaves and Fishes on and off for over 20 years, I have seen how their mission continues to change lives. I’m honored to be selected as a Board member and will do my best to assist in moving the mission and vision forward” said Nicki Anderson.

Nicki currently serves as the Director of the Women’s Leadership Program (L.E.A.D.S.) at Benedictine University. Prior to her role at Benedictine, Nicki served as President/CEO of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce. She was the first woman to serve as the chamber leader in their 115 year history. From 1993-2012 Nicki was the owner of Reality Fitness, a health and wellness business that gained international recognition for the unique model that she developed. Nicki has lectured nationally and internationally, educating small and large fitness companies on best practices for customer service, marketing and talent retention. Nicki is a published author and was a weekly columnist for the Chicago Tribune and SunTimes, as well as contributor to numerous magazines including Prevention, RealSimple, and Fitness.  Nicki and her husband, Bill live in Naperville. They have four grown children, and two grandchildren.
