New Leadership Appointment at Loaves & Fishes

Megan Lynch joins Loaves & Fishes Leadership Team
serving as Vice President Strategic Partnerships

(Naperville, IL October 27, 2023) Loaves & Fishes Community Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Megan Lynch as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships effective November 20, 2023. Among her responsibilities, Lynch will establish new relationships to build Loaves & Fishes’ visibility, impact, and financial resources in the organization’s service area of DuPage, Kane, Kendall, and Will Counties. She will also play a key role in the advancement of the Strategic Plan, “Future Strong.”

Lynch most recently served as manager of the Charitable Fund at Duly Health and Care, where she led grantmaking, community investments, and volunteerism initiatives in collaboration with Duly’s stakeholders and nonprofit partners. Prior to joining Duly, Lynch was the director of corporate relations at North Central College and led corporate fundraising for the college’s $150 million Brilliant Future Campaign. She previously managed corporate partner relationships for two global organizations – the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and the Council on Foreign Relations – and got her start working in New York City at the US Mission to the United Nations.
She serves on the Board of Social Responsibility Chicago and served on the Board of Loaves & Fishes. Lynch was honored by WSPN (West Suburban Philanthropic Network) as the 2023 Grantmaker of the Year and was a 2021 winner of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce’s 4 Under 40 Awards, Megan earned her MA in Politics from New York University and is a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE.)
